I managed to figure out the locations of Matt's place and the flat Abby and Connor kipped at on the night of 4x01.
Not via conventional searching, mind. But by looking at the landmarks from the POV shots in the episodes in question, and then using a combo of Bing's bird's eye view and Google Earth to pin them down.
For the record: Matt's swingin' bachelor pad is one of the penthouse units in a place next to the new convention centre, called (I think) Spencer Dock. And Abby and Connor's love nest is a unit near the top floor on the southeast corner of Horse Fair and Forbes, in a building called Hanover Dock. Which, interestingly enough, is just across the river from Matt's place, and less than a block away from Grand Canal quay, where the reunion scene and the art gallery from 5x03 were shot.
Haven't found Jess, but that's probably not going to happen since there aren't any views outside the windows there.
